Whatever your offer or package, the use of V8TE is unlimited. This means that you can launch as many ballots, resolutions and elections as you wish, regardless of the options or consultation modes you choose.

During a vote, you can observe the participation rate at any time. You can also, during all the duration of the ballot, remind the persons who did not vote. In the form of a ballot in progress, by clicking on the button "re-launch the non-voters", the persons will receive a new invitation by e-mail.

Absolutely. When you launch your LIVE ballot, email (or SMS) invitations are immediately sent to voters. The latter, by clicking on the invitation email (or SMS) will be able to vote from home, the others on site, will transform their phone into a voting box, thanks to the email (or SMS) received on their smartphone.

This is indeed possible since the summer of 2020. A voter can now vote for one or more candidates, lists or proposals from a list proposed by the election organiser. For example, if there are 15 candidates for 5 positions to be filled, then voters could choose up to 5 candidates when voting.

V8TE allows this via the voters' file (Excel file to be filled in) available from your organiser access, at the time of the configuration of a poll. To do this, you just need to fill in the different names and surnames of the voters but the same email (or phone number) of the person who receives all the proxies. This file is always available in the section "People to invite", option "Voters file model".
